What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send to their browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, etc.), where they are stored and then transmitted to the same sites the next time they visit the same user. During navigation on a site, the user can also receive cookies on their terminal of different websites or web servers (c.d. They refer to art. 122 of the Code where it provides that "The storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or user or access to information already stored is only permitted if the contractor or user has given his or her consent after being informed in a manner simplified procedures referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3" (art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).
Types of cookies used by the present website
The site www.zzero.com uses only technical cookies, with respect to which no consent is required by the interested party. More precisely, the site uses: analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies if tools to reduce their identifying power are adopted (e.g. by masking significant portions of the IP address) and if, in the contract between the operator of the site and the third party is expressly contained the commitment of the latter or to use them exclusively for the provision of the service, to keep them separately and not to "enrich" or not to "cross them" with other information available to them; In particular, the site uses the Google Analytics service that uses cookies to allow statistical analysis in aggregate form regarding the use of the website visited.

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003
1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools; d) of the identification details of the data controller, the persons in charge and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or persons in charge.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, where he or she has an interest, the integration of data; b) the deletion, the transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) proof that the operations referred to in paragraphs a) and b) have been brought to the attention of the person concerned, including as regards their content, those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
