Returns and Refunds
Returns
You can return any product purchased in our store within 14 working days from the date of delivery, as follows:
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them ( watch - Box- warranty - Possible gift- etc. ),
- Prepare the package with the same box you recieved ( or with a box of same thickness and size) covering the information before shipment,
- Contact customer service by e-mail at info@lincesrl.com within 14 working days from the date of delivery to agree on the date and place of collection.
You will receive a refund that will include both the cost of the returned products and any shipping and delivery costs.
You will recieve a confirmation e-mail when we accept your return.
Please note that we can only refund products returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to make a refund and the order will be returned to you.
- We are currently unable to offer product replacements
- You can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order
REFUNDS
Once our warehouse has received your return and verified that all conditions have been met, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the return.
The refund time depends on the payment methods used for the order: the refund takes place on the bank account that you state at the time of return, so the time depends on the correctness of the data you provide, nonetheless within 14 working days.
