Shipments
Delivery by GLS Courier, delivery time 7 working days, from receipt of payment with free shipping cost.
You can find the shipping code in the Orders area of your Account and in the email confirming the shipment.
The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or schedule appointments.
We therefore encourage you to provide a valid delivery address, making sure there is always someone there (for example, your workplace or the address of a relative).
We remind you that the courier will try to deliver the purchased package leaving, in the absence of the recipient, a notice of non-delivery on which there is the telephone number of the local office and the shipping number of the package.
In the event that the recipient does not give further instructions for the return, the courier will make a second attempt.
If the recipient’s absence occurs again, the goods will remain in storage at the local branch of the courier waiting for instructions, before returning automatically to our warehouses.
